FoI Application

I handed this into the college office on Monday 31st January, but when I followed it up a few days later, it had apparently vanished without a trace.

On Friday 4th February, I gave a copy of the original to Eileen Marston, St John's Information Officer.

She said they had already received several requests of this nature and were looking into it already.

She also said that many colleges had received similar requests and were trying to 'pool their information', which either sounds very positive or like there's already a conspiracy in process!

She stated that the normal objections to revealing information would be data-protection or that it was against public interest, which we knew, but at least no other random legal bits are being stated as objections at this stage!

She aslo said that if the info was hard to obtain the college would be allowed to take longer than 20 days or to charge us...

Let's hope that we can await a proper reply by 20th February....
